Conference rooms are supposed to bring people together, eager to share their ideas and progress on company projects and goals. Instead, employees tend to hate going to meetings. They are considered as a pointless waste of time, hindering productivity.

Imagine a world where everyone in the company wants to go to meetings because they are empowering, collaborative and efficient "brain-sharing" sessions. Modern conference room technology can make that happen.

In this second seminar block, we will give you an overview of conference room trends and challenges, and present and demonstrate how collaboration, reservation and room control solutions can help to improve the engagement, efficiency, and overall productivity within meeting spaces. Major topics include:

  • How better AV tools result in better meetings
  • Wireless presentation and real-time video collaboration
  • Instant meeting room scheduling
  • Multi-system AV and meeting room control
  • Professional video walls & data visualisation

FEEL FREE TO BYOD! Bring your own device, so you can test for yourself.
